practice of mindfulness
gardening & horticulture
plants
This is my invitation to learn and explore wide range of benefits of minfulness practice. Through individual sessions, retreats
and certified 8-weeks course you can improve your health and wellbeing, change daily routine, reduce the effects of stress, clear and calm your mind, experience freedom from emotional turmoil and anxiety.
A therapeutic garden is a plant dominated environment purposelly designed to facilitate interaction with the healing elements of nature. Principles of permaculture, eco-dharma, deep ecology are at the core of my horticultural practice-from garden design to plant cultivation and education.
I occasionally use medicinal plants that grow where I live to create blends for my guests. I only choose those that grow in wild places or come from organic or biodynamic source, combining color therapy and knowledge of traditional medicine. I am open to invite You for a mindful walk.
